A quick to prepare and simple recipe for a grab and go breakfast or lunch. Perfect if you enjoy and find meal prepping useful. No blender required and minimal store cupboard ingredients.
Ingredients
- 40g of Purition - any flavour but the fruity ones work really well!
- 40g oats
- 150ml your favourite milk - we used oat for a little additional sweetness
Method
- Mix all 3 ingredients in a jar, or your preferred serving container
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours
- Top with a dollop of yoghurt and some berries. Enjoy!
