Whole foods – no, really! Whole foods contain naturally occurring protein, healthy fats and fiber that are broken down more slowly than processed refined foods and keep you fuller for longer. So long, in fact, that you’re unlikely to want to snack between meals.

Sachets contain one meal (40g), while our largest bags contain 12 meals (500g). Top tip: Try not to buy more than you need in 30 days, so it’s always as fresh as possible.
