Cara's cherry smoothie recipe
(Makes a single serving)
Ingredients
- 40g Purition Cherry Bakewell
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup of Greek yoghurt
- 200ml milk of choice
Method
- Add all the ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth
- Add a dash more milk if needed
- Enjoy straight away, or leave to thicken up even more in the fridge for 5-10 minutes
Cara's layered cherry yoghurt pot
(Makes 2 portions)
Ingredients
- 40g Purition Almond
- 40g Purition Cherry Bakewell
- ¼ cup frozen cherries
- 450g Greek yoghurt
Method
- Make a cherry coulis by blending frozen cherries and 50g of Greek yoghurt. Set aside 4 tbsp for topping
- Mix the remaining cherry coulis with Purition Cherry Bakewell and let it thicken for 5 minutes
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with Purition Almond and let it thicken for 5 minutes
- In a jar or cup, layer plain Greek yoghurt, the Cherry Bakewell mixture, more plain yogurt, and the Almond mixture. Repeat the layers until all the mixtures are used up
- Top with the reserved cherry coulis
- Dive in! Keep the other refrigerated to enjoy tomorrow!
