Banana, blueberry & mango breakfast smoothie recipe

Be kind to yourself and your gut with a filling and oh so good for you banana, blueberry and mango breakfast shake. Full of the good stuff – this healthy smoothie’s a real powerhouse!

Ingredients

  • 40g or 4 very heaped tsp Purition Coconut
  • ⅓ of a banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of diced mango
  • 250ml your favourite milk

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender cup
  2. Blitz until smooth and enjoy straight away!

Tips & Swaps

  • Use frozen fruits if you like a thicker icy smoothie
  • No Purition Coconut? Try it with Banana or Vanilla instead!
