Ingredients and their benefits

  • 360ml Unsweetened almond milk – A light, dairy-free base rich in vitamin E, which supports skin health and reduces oxidative stress.
  • 40g Purition Mixed Berry, Strawberry or Blueberry - A high quality protein source with real food ingredients, supporting muscle repair and keeping you full.
  • 1/2 Avocado -  Provides heart healthy monounsaturated fats and fibre keeping energy levels stable and supporting brain function.
  • Handful frozen cherries - Rich in antioxidants and natural melatonin, aiding recovery, reducing inflammation and improving bran function.
  • Handful frozen blueberries - A powerful source of anthocyanin, which support brain health and energy production. 
  • 1/2 Frozen banana - A natural source of fast digesting carbs and potassium, aiding muscle recovery and preventing energy crashes.
  • 100g Greek of kefir yoghurt - Adds extra protein and gut friendly probiotics for digestion and immunity. 
  • 1 tbsp Raw cacao powder - A natural source of magnesium and polyphenols, helping to reduce stress and boost mood while supporting energy levels. 
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon - Helps regulate blood sugar, reducing energy dips and sugar cravings.

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. 
  2. Blend for 40 seconds or until smooth and creamy
