  • 40g of Purition Apple & Blackberry
  • 60g Plain flour

METHOD
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes
  • Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan on a medium/low heat
  • Add a ¼ of batter to the pan and cook until golden on both sides (when bubbles start to form it's time to flip it over)
  • Repeat until you've run out of batter, stack them up and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup gluten free oats, blended to make a flour
  • 40g Purition Apple and Blackberry
  • ½  tsp baking powder
  • ½  cup milk/dairy free milk
  • ½  tsp cinnamon
  • ½  small apple, chopped into small pieces

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • Berries
  • Sliced apple
METHOD
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C
  • Grease an oven-proof dish
  • In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: blended oat flour, Purition, baking powder, cinnamon
  • Add the chopped apple to the dry ingredients and mix well
  • Pour in the milk and stir until thoroughly combined
  • Transfer the mixture to your greased dish
  • If using, arrange the apple slices and berries on top
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top

INGREDIENTS
  • Purition Apple and Blackberry
  • Mixed unsalted nuts
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Dried coconut
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

METHOD
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan)
  • Mix 2 cups roughly chopped mixed nuts in a bowl with ½ cup pumpkin seeds, ½ cup of dried or desiccated coconut, ¾ cup (about 80g) Purition - we used Apple and Blackberry, but you can use any flavour
  • Melt 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil with ½-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Pour the oil mix over the nut mix & mix well
  • Spread the raw granola mix onto a lined baking sheet and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes take it out and give the tray a little shake and pop back in again for another 5-10mins - until the mix is nicely golden
  • Once cooked, allow to fully cool on the tray before decanting
