4 ways with Purition Limited Edition Chai Latte

1. Chai Latte baked oats recipe

Created and photographed by our friend and ambassador @cocoa_and_the_berry, try this delightfully simple baked oats recipe - can be enjoyed for breakfast or lunch or share and enjoy it with a friend with an afternoon cup of tea!

Ingredients
  • 40g Purition Chai Latte
  • 30g oats
  • 130ml milk or nut milk
Method
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour most of the mixture into a baking dish
  2. Add a spoonful of your favourite nut butter (optional) and cover with the remaining mixture
  3. Bake at 160 degrees C fan for 20-30 minutes and top with yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon
Tips & swaps
  • Want to make it low-carb/ keto? Swap the oats for almond flour

2. Proats bliss ball recipe

Ingredients
  • 40g Purition Chai Latte
  • 2 tsp nut butter
  • 20g oats
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine well
  2. Add a splash of water to bring the mix together if needed
  3. Roll into balls and chill for an hour or so
  4. Store in the fridge
Tips & swaps

Once chilled, and if you want to, roll in desiccated coconut, finely roughly chopped nuts or dip in some melted dark chocolate. We went with a dusting of ground cinnamon!


3. Instant Chai porridge

Ingredients
  • 50g Purition Chai Latte
  • 30-50ml hot water or milk
Method
  1. Mix both ingredients in a (preferably warm) bowl
  2. Enjoy straight away
Tips & swaps
  • Top with berries or a drizzle of maple syrup/ honey or nut butter

4. Chai Latte smoothie recipe

Simply blend 40 or 50g Purition with 200-250ml of your preferred milk for 20-30 seconds and enjoy straight away!
