2. Coffee & Walnut energy balls

Need a quick, satisfying snack that doesn’t rely on ultra-processed ingredients? These Coffee & Walnut energy balls are the perfect real-food pick-me-up—easy to make and packed with whole food goodness.

Made with Purition Coffee & Walnut, these energy balls offer a healthier twist on traditional sugary treats. They're naturally high in protein, fibre and healthy fats.

They're also gluten free and dairy free, making them a great option for when you're on the go or in need of a mid-afternoon boost.

Just keep in mind that while these bliss balls get their sweetness from dates (a natural source), it’s still sugar—so if weight loss is your goal, a little moderation goes a long way.

Ingredients
  • Purition Coffee & Walnut
  • Pitted dates
  • Unsalted mixed nuts
Optional
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder or chopped walnuts for topping
How to make

  3. Drain the dates and add them to the processor, along with 40-50g of Purition Coffee & Walnut.

A note on caffeine

While Purition Coffee & Walnut is made with real coffee, a 40g serving contains around 25mg of naturally occurring caffeine—that’s about the same as a cup of matcha, and much less than a standard cup of coffee.

It’s a great option if you’re sensitive to caffeine or looking for a more balanced and gentle source of energy without the jitters.
